Who we are
Core Four Health is a health coaching and education practice run by Andrew McComas, doing business as Core Four Health, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Andrew and Core Four Health.
This policy covers corefour.health, the Capacity Map reflection at assessment.corefour.health, Core Four signup pages, and the emails we send. Send questions or requests to [email protected].
What we collect
We collect only what each part of Core Four needs to work, and we never ask for health details to send you email.

Please keep health histories and clinical details out of booking questions and email replies. If you become a client, coaching information stays in the client portal and never enters our email or analytics tools.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver what you asked for and nothing else:
- Send the Capacity Check guide, the five short notes, and occasional writing you signed up for
- Schedule and hold discovery calls
- Reply when you write to us
- Understand which pages are useful, in aggregate, so we can improve the site
We do not:
- Sell or rent your information
- Share it with advertisers or use it to target ads
- Put reflection answers, health details, or coaching notes into our email or analytics tools
- Add you to the email list because you booked a call. Booking and subscribing are separate choices.
Services we rely on
The companies in the table above handle information on our behalf, under their own privacy terms: Kit, Vercel, Calendly, Google, Cloudflare, and Practice Better. Cloudflare also protects and routes traffic to corefour.health. Our website host runs corefour.health and keeps standard server logs.
We share information with these services only to run Core Four. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can leave the email list at any time with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. Unsubscribing takes effect right away, and we won't add you back unless you sign up again.

- See what information we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it, including your email list record and booking history
We answer within 30 days. Coaching records may need to be kept longer where your client agreement or the law requires it; we'll tell you if that applies.
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies on corefour.health.
Keeping and protecting information
We keep your email list record until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Booking records stay in Calendly as long as they help us follow up, and coaching records follow your client agreement.
We use reputable services, limit who can see information (in practice, Andrew alone), and collect as little as we can. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send anything by email you wouldn't want stored there.
Other things to know
- Coaching, not medical care. Core Four offers coaching and education. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from your clinician.
- Adults only. Core Four is meant for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
- Changes. If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll email subscribers first.
